In his work with fast growing privately held companies and MNC’s, manufacturer of primary packaging materials, he has been responsible for number of prestigious projects. He has completed over 25 projects successfully in India and Africa.
Nandkishor Sarolkar is a versatile techno-commercial, team former and leader, with multi-disciplinary extensive experience (of 34 years) and exposure in international market (of 20 years) as well in India, he can work under pressure to achieve the targets in stipulated time frame.
Nandkishor Sarolkar is basically a Mechanical Engineer, backed up with post graduation in Management, (in Marketing as well as Production Management) in the year 1982.
He was Nominated Member of Technical committee Kenya Bureau of Standards, for standards preparation on plastic & rubber products.
He is also associated with Gerson Lehrman Group for expert consultation to projects.
He is also the owner of intellectual property - Design registration and copyrights .
His last assignment was CEO, BERICAP INDIA PVT. LTD., MNC with head quarters at Germany, producing caps & closures mainly for food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical, Edible oil, Automobile, Lubricating oil, Specialty etc., having 19 manufacturing units, 2 in-house tool making centers and 2 R&D centers.
